How to Use
Filtration is done under refrigeration conditions within 48 hours
Longer filtration time results in thicker yogurt depending on personal taste
Pour regular yogurt into the filter
Cover and place in refrigerator

Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions
As long as the yogurt is naturally fermented and properly coagulated, it can be used directly without auxiliary tools like gauze
For very thin yogurt or Greek yogurt, a layer of gauze can be added
Do not stir yogurt before filtering; pour slowly into the filter
A small amount of leakage at the beginning is normal and will stabilize after a few minutes
If all or most yogurt leaks out, it means it was over-stirred or not well coagulated
Such yogurt can still be eaten but cannot be filtered
Flavored yogurt and thin dairy products cannot be filtered
